Welcome to Brittany Lotte Designs, I'm so glad you're here! Every banner I create is hand painted with intention, care and a whole lot of heart. This page will walk you through how to begin your custom order, what to expect and how my timeline works so your piece arrives perfectly in time for your celebration.
How the Process Works

Submit Your Custom Request
Start by filling out the inquiry form within the custom banner listing that fits your event. Share your theme, colors, names, dates and any other inspiration you have, the more detail the better.

Approve Your Design Mockup
Once I review your request, I'll confirm details, answer questions and make sure we're aligned on the vision. After your approval of the mockup (which will be sent via email), your project is officially added to my painting schedule. *I work in order of due dates, not when orders are received.

Hand-Painted Creation
This is where the magic happens. Every banner is painted by hand, layer by layer, with the same care I'd put into something for my own family. Your piece is created to be a keepsake - something you'll want to save long after the celebration ends.

Pick-Up or Shipping
When your banner is complete, you'll receive a message with pick up instructions (for local orders) or tracking information (for shipped orders). Your piece will be packaged with care and ready to display.
Current Lead Time
My standard turnaround time for custom banners is 2-3 weeks depending on the season and volume of orders. Because each piece is fully hand-painted, this window ensures the quality and detail you expect from Brittany Lotte Designs.
Rush Orders
If your event date is less than 2 weeks away, please add the Rush Order Add-On to your cart at checkout.
This fee allows me to rearrange my schedule and prioritize your piece without compromising quality on your order or the orders of others.
*If the rush fee is not added, you will be invoiced before I begin your custom project. If not paid within 48hrs of receiving, your order will be canceled and refunded.
